The San Luis Valley Broadband Coordination Office (SLVBCO) is dedicated to closing the digital divide in the SLV through equitable and reliable broadband connectivity options for all within our communities.

Our goal is to be a neutral resource for connectivity and digital inclusion, serving as a liaison for the community in which we live.

The mission of the San Luis Valley BCO is to create accessible, affordable, and reliable internet connectivity for the communities of the San Luis Valley through infrastructure development, digital literacy education, community engagement and outreach, and a coordinated effort to bring equitable access to connectivity to all within the SLV.

In the SLV, we have the advantage of robust internet services in many of our communities. Our providers have worked hard to establish solid and accessible networks and our speeds and reliability rival major metropolitan areas for many. There are areas within our valley, however, where residents would be benefited by increased service options. We are dedicated to closing this digital divide in the San Luis Valley through equitable and reliable broadband connectivity options for all within our communities.

Affordable, reliable, high-quality broadband/internet service is essential for the communities of the SLV. We understand the importance of connectivity for businesses, health care, education, first responders, and agriculture. The San Luis Valley need not be disadvantaged when it comes to reliable, affordable, and abundant internet connectivity.
